I am obsessed with the slip skirt trend happening right now. If you’ve seen any of the pins that have breezed past your screen lately, perhaps you’ve seen a lot of them, and that I’ve pinned a bunch of them too (this one being my very favorite). So when I noticed that this skirt finally went on sale, I decided it was the day to own both my first ever animal print, and also my first slip skirt. They’re just so pretty, and also easy to wear (most often, pull on! so comfortable!) most any season if you add tights. Plus, I love seeing one dressed down, like this. So, I decided to try this one, both ways. First with a classic black heel, and my Everlane sweater. If I’d had a chunky black turtleneck, I might’ve preferred that but, believe it or not, I don’t own a chunky black turtleneck sweater. I know, that’s weird to me too.Next up, my slip on Vans, and an Everlane silk shirt. I think I would’ve preferred this with a sneaker like this.Now for a few other favorite slip skirts on the internet right now. I am going to a holiday party soon, and I think I’m going to wear one.
