This weekend we’re doing a little bit of White Mountains exploring. We had a huge, very windy storm the other day so hopefully there’s still some color to be seen, but there’s plenty of it in town too! What are you doing?
Some weekend reading…
Have you heard of Adventure Bread? (My brother-in-law has made it. Dense, but delicious.)
Taylor Swift does a Tiny Desk concert.
Are you watching Modern Love?
New Wilco! (Everyone Hides is a favorite.)
Not only do I want to visit this spot in Puerto Rico, but I also want to live there the entire winter. (If you’re new to Airbnb, use this link for $40 off your first stay.)
Yum-o. Always interested in a good chicken recipe.
I’m getting this and my sisters can deal with it (because it’s true).
You can preorder Glennon’s new book!
So thick. It’ll come in handy (slathered on liberally) in the winter months.
Classic black and white horror movies. (I’ve seen none of them.)
Look at these color combos! They’re so beautiful and unexpected.
Mmm, this cheesy casserole looks good.
I’d throw this over everything all winter long.
I am very intrigued by David Chang’s new show.
Parker’s favorite books right now. When I pressed him, “they’re not too scary or too much, are they?” “Mom, I really need to know about these things. Like D-Day.”
See you next week!

We have family in town and doing some autumn walks in the forest – and maybe a visit to the cinema for the “Downton Abbey” Movie later. I hope you all have a lovely exploring weekend. Take care ♥

OK, I ADORE Parker’s comment about needing to know about D-Day. It sounds like you and Steve are raising some very inquisitive, curious and smart little boys!

My oldest son loved the “I Survived” series as well as all the “Who Was, What Was … series that go along with it.
