no. 1 // the overdrive app. my friend kacia told me about it and i have no idea why i didn’t learn about this sooner. most of you have probably already heard about it, but if you haven’t: it’s an audiobook (or e-book) app that you sign into with your library and library card. then you can basically place holds on books and have them on your “shelf” to listen to for 21 days. it’s amazing! and freeeee. i’m listening to being mortal, and not that kind of girl. plus when breath becomes air was just added to my library!
no. 2 // this face polish. it’s expensive, but has a lot in it and i only use a really small amount about once, maybe twice a week. it’s so gritty that i feel like it really gets the dead skin off and gets into the pores. at least, that’s what i tell myself. and my skin is really smooth afterwards.
no. 3 // this one size fits all sweater for winter. i think we all need one. winter is coming. (who’s sick of that phrase?!)
no. 4 // ozark. i just finished it last night and it was really good but man did it get dark. if dark is not your thing, avoid. jason bateman is great in it. but it’s not his typical funny business, that’s for sure.
no. 5 // trader joe’s greeting cards. they’re $1! and they’re the prettiest greeting cards around. (i can’t bear to spend like $3.59 on a hallmark that i don’t even like.) i grab a stack every time i’m there.

I loved Ozark and can’t wait for Season 2! I have a stock pile of Trader Joes cards. They are the absolute best.

So funny!-I’m staring at a pile of Trader Joe’s greeting cards on my desk right now! They are the best! So ready for winter here – I live in Tucson, Az and am longing for a week of no triple digit temps. Fall usually arrives in November if we’re lucky!

I’ve been meaning to watch Ozark for a while now. Thank you for the reminder. I hope I can handle the darker themes!
