one. girls, as in the show. over the last few weeks i watched all of it from the beginning and while i thought some of it was far fetched, i really got into it. the marnie capsule episode made me super sad though.
two. anders’ face when he’s being chased. he backs into a corner–like above–and waits till we reach him or, if he can’t stand it any longer, lunges at us for a hug. it’s the best.
three. steve’s done classes for the semester! well, he teaches one online course, but is basically done! come on, summer!!!!!!
four. this palette. it’s my favorite. the colors are so pretty.
five. red geraniums in pots. i think i need a bunch for my deck. also, my grandmother always had geraniums in front of her ocean city house so they make me think of her.
six. french cafe on spotify. it’s so good.
seven. diffusing this orange oil every morning. in this diffuser. it’s a nice way to start my morning. plus coffee.
eight. google photos. another form of backup beyond dropbox (which i haven’t completed either). how many places do you backup before you feel like you can delete off your computer?! one million?!
nine. this swimsuit. nanette lepore has the prettiest colors and patterns.
ten. my black bean soup. also tonight’s dinner! sort of appropriate for cinco de mayo?
OH my gosh, that face! So cute…
I found a Nanette Lepore swimsuit (same cut as the one you linked to, but in a gorgeous white/navy/royal blue pattern) at TJ Maxx last year. It was the only one, and it was in my size, for less than $50. I felt like I won the lottery lol Have a happy weekend 😉
SCORE. i love a good tj maxx/ marshals find.
I'm a huge fan of the naked palettes. If you like them, I think you'll love this one, too. It's my new favorite 🙂 http://www.sephora.com/tartelette-in-bloom-clay-eyeshadow-palette-P403812
i saw that one at ulta, britt. the colors looked AMAZING. do you use anything before eye shadow to keep it from creasing?? sometimes i have that problem…
If you have Amazon Prime, you have access to unlimited, free photo storage through Amazon Cloud Drive. The best. https://www.amazon.com/clouddrive/primephotos
I second the Tartelette in bloom palette! I've shied away from big ones before because the options seem overwhelming, but this one is so nice! I've used every color (it helped that the very nice woman at Sephora walked me through it!). And I wear this under it:

I don't know that they mean for it to be an eye primer, but it works! It's also a miracle at getting out dark under eye circles. 🙂 Comes in 2 shades & lasts forever.
Do you use nay other oils besides the orange? Like any to help with sleep? I've always wanted to try them, but don't want to be pushed into buying them like some of those independent sellers do. By the way, you should look at bobbi brown palettes too. Love them! I also use mac's painterly pot to help keep my eyeshadow on.
You don't have to go through DoTerra or Young Living… just like every other home sales brand, the prices are inflated. The Aura Cacia brand linked in this post is very affordable, my natural foods store has a great selection of 3 different brands. You have to be very careful with quality if you're ingesting or using topically, but just for diffusing, pick an oil and a diffuser (Marshall's/TJ Maxx seems to have a selection) and go for it. Tons of info on Pinterest too 🙂
The google photos app makes me feel so much better. I'm constantly worrying about something happening with my phone in-between syncs and losing all my pictures!
just ordered the oil. may I order an Anders too??
I just started in on girls and plowed through it in 2 weeks. So good!! Love that it's Sex and the City-esque but with 20 somethings. Can't wait for season 6!
