Leo had to eat raw bison liver for The Revenant (his reaction is still in the movie) among other things. Will he win an Oscar? I want to see it.

coconut oil- cheaper than a hair mask, easy to make and you know exactly what's in it.
we've also totally replaced our soap with homemade sugar scrub- coconut oil for days, haha.

Also, your link to beets got me all excited to load up on beets but when I went to the grocery store last night, they didn't have any. 🙁 Boo. I guess beets are not as popular as the article would have you believe!

During the winter months my hair gets dry as well. It seemed worse as my hair grew out and I wanted my husband to chop off a few inches. He talked my down and picked up some Argan hair oil for me to try. I spritz it on and comb it in after each time I wash my hair. When I started seeing too many grays, I had my husband color my hair for me. I use henna as it doesn't destroy your hair like the salon and box dyes do that contain carcinogenic chemicals. The local beauty supply store doesn't carry it, so I ordered the light mountain henna online, under $10 for two kits. We mix coconut oil and apple cider vinegar with the powder to a yogurt consistency. I keep it on for a couple hours and it deep conditions as well as coloring. I get great color, shine and it makes my hair feel soft and silky.
