This sort of scene happens all the time and I can’t help but sneak up and spy on them a little. I love it!
We just tried the empanadas from Buen Sabor recently and they’re DELICIOUS. They’re also a quick, freezer meal when you’re in need of one, but still junk-free, all natural, all that jazz that we like. (Available at a ton of Whole Foods!)
Winter walks before the weather turned TOO cold as it was the other day. Also, this jacket ended my jacket search. It is super warm. Like, you have to take it off in the car or you’ll sweat to death warm. (Got mine on sale before Christmas! Stalked the website like a crazy person.)
Christmas Eve breakfast. Fun fact: We saw John Cena in the restaurant too. Less fun fact: everyone in the restaurant was sneaking glances at him the entire time and it made me feel bad for celebrities everywhere.
Where’d Parker go? (Fine, I’ll tell you: he’s right there in his favorite Christmas present–or maybe second favorite to the Nerf guns.)
Day date with Steve. They were serving brunch and then there was also a burger on the menu and the decision of what to get was not an easy one. So I did what any good wife would do and ordered the burger but made Steve get brunch so I could try his too.
During Christmas break, my friend Jenny and I took our boys to Wagamama and King’s Bowling. Ten points all around. LOVED the ginger chicken udon from Wagamama, loved how kid-friendly it was (boys eating with chopsticks–very, very cute too), and can’t say enough good things about King’s Bowling. Love that place!
Decorating back before Christmas. Anders has graduated to climbing that red stool now. Mhmm. Not cool.
First snow day, Parker’s in full gear, of course. And Saturday mornings can look a little like that picture on the right.
That’s lately around here.

OMG there's wagamamma in America? It's one of my husband's favorite London food chains, we had no idea they had opened over here!

Wags is one of my absolute favourite chains. First had a taste in London years and years ago and was very excited when they opened one in Aberdeen. I love going there with Amy as the kids meals are excellent and she has major fun with chopsticks 🙂 Wish we were having a decent winter, we are just having rain, rain and more rain 🙁 Is it sad that I am actually praying for a little bit of snow??

And Anders!! Those precious little legs and squishable cheeks!
(I would've ordered that burger too. Looks delish!)

I think if John Cena wasn't a celebrity people would be sneaking glances of him anyway! He's HUGE!
