lindsey, 12 years: she’s reading lord of the rings right now and fending off meanness from her older brother (the lone girl, it’s not an easy road).

hi claudia! no, it's actually a home depot martha stewart line rug – they have samples there… then they cut and bind it for you at the exact dimensions you need. we got a pretty cushy pad underneath it too. it's great.

What camera settings do you use for your photos? I can't seem to get the aperture right to have that blurry background like your photos. All of your photos are gorgeous.
they're almost always at my lowest f-stop–in this case (this lens) 2.8… and my ISO a little on the lighter side.
