Wishing: there was a little more summer left. Ours went too fast and was full of too much non-summer things (looking at you, moving!)
Enjoying: Taylor Swift’s new song, more than Lindsey is I think.
Loving: having Parker read The Very Hungry Caterpillar to me. Not a whole lot cuter than him telling me, “The caterpillar has a bellyache!” And then confusing butterfly with helicopter on the last page.
Hoping: that back-to-school goes well for William and Lindsey
Needing: some rug pads. Yep. Rug pads are on my “need” list. Live it up.
Feeling: soooo much baby kicking and loving it
Wearing: these shorts a lot, maybe too much?
Following: the news, a little bit, and even that feels like too much.
Noticing: the cooler weather. I’m both ready and not ready for fall.
Bookmarking: this outfit. I just really like every single bit of it (third picture over).
I've had some steak tips in the freezer for awhile now and haven't pulled them out because I don't know how to prepare them! I don't make steak that often so… any suggestions for steak tips? 🙂
i just grill them to medium/medium well! that's my favorite way. and i like them plain–with some sides. you could throw them on a salad too though!
(also- i buy pre marinated ones usually!)

I am TOTALLY with you on the ready/not ready for fall. In some ways I am like- where did the summer go and then other ways I am like, "yea fall"! hahaha Glad to know that I am not the only one!

I just saw an add for Masters of Sex. I was undecided. Right now I'm catching up on SUITS…it's about lawyers, but I don't understand lawyer-y things and I still totally love it. Hot sassy and SMART women, sexual tension, damn sexy men in suits…
And I'm tempted to buy that lotion even though I'm not preggers.
We moved to the Portland, OR area from New Hampshire a month ago. And the saddest part? Steak tips seem to be an East Coast thing. Welp. Fortunately, a local butcher is willing and able to replicate them for me. Is it irrational to move back across the country for a cut of meat?
