something about this whole picture makes me think i should be about to do roll call… you with me? moving on. i love a high-waisted skirt and heels get up. and this skirt from joules is sooooo pretty. i was unsure what to pair it with, but then decided to go boring and do navy — tights and shirt — cause this skirt does enough already. a red lip can count as an accessory, right?
