ten degrees. it was ten degrees when we took these pictures! massachusetts, and i think all of the northeastern part of the united states, is undergoing a massive strike on the part of mother nature. she’s only giving out nostril-hair-freezing temperatures these days. the forecast for the week is single digits. single digits! no snow, gorgeous sunshine, but cooooold temperatures. poor parker and i are suffering from serious cabin fever. we’re going to get out to a playgroup tomorrow–as long as the engine doesn’t seize on the way there. wish us luck.
Love this ensemble… Even though it makes me feel exxxtra frumpy right now
@grace marie, while this outfit is lovely, i am baaaack in my pajama pants and cozy sweater right now. frumptastic here too!
I LOVE that skirt on you!..and the scard..and the sweater..and your hair..and your sexy bod.
It's been about that cold here in Utah too. We were so excited for it to warm up in the 30s today…until we all woke up and it was 30 degrees and raining and the rain was turning to ice on whatever it hit! It's crazy here today! I wish it would snow…never thought I'd prefer snow over rain! π
This was our second winter in England- below 0ΒΊC every day for the better part of three months, but only two snowfalls all winter. I learned about layering, for sure- especially since the sun was out a lot, so the second I started moving around (walking my dogs) I'd start sweating inside my 18 layers.
I decided then that, while I'm not a big fan of snow, below-freezing temperatures are NOT worth it without snow.
Hang in there!
you sure can't tell by look at the pics that is 10 degrees. good luck with getting out and about. i know all about cabin fever.
ooooooh, massachusetts.
i hear ya.
we just love to hate the cold here.

@heather carson, we do love to hate the cold. so true. i don't so much mind the 30s but single digits! no thanks!
@gesci, i agree. if it's gonna be cold, i at least want some snow to play in!
WHY WERE YOU OUTSIDE??!!
@mo, for these pictures. and that is all. COMMITMENT. ALL FOR THE CAUSE.
Such a cute outfit! You're a trooper. A stylish one.
Did I miss something? Your locks look darker. It's striking and sure beautiful in that voluminous knot!
It's like 50 degrees here and I'm still complaining.
Gorgeous – and BRRRR!
Fingers crossed for your travels to the play date.

Brrr. It was -1 when I ran from my car into work today. I wanted to cry but everything insta-froze. Bring on the sweats and blankets!
Ten degrees, wowza! You make it look easy modeling in the cold. Love how you pair colors together (as always)!
I'm so over this cold. My tears froze tonight because I got weepy from the wind. Walking from my office to the train is turning into a REAL challenge.
Also, I do not look nearly as adorable as you do in this cold. You're the cutest.
@alex, GOGGLES.
@sarah eliz, nope, no darker hair. blame it on the cold. (??)
Ten degree weather looks good on you! And,that's all I have to say π

You are gorgeous. That is all.
You look so classy, Bridget! I love black tights paired with black heels. And…send some cold weather here, would you? We haven't even had a proper winter yet and it's almost February. Boo. Not that I'm asking for single digits or anything. Just one snow would be nice.
Did you bare the New England cold to show us this gorgeous outfit? Bless you! I didn't even want to walk out to my car to go to work…I was a popsicle instantly!!!
10 degrees and you still look adorable! so impressed π
there was a whole week where it never got above 10 degrees for us. i feel ya girl.

I've never experienced anything below 28 degrees and even then I thought I was dying. I'm not sure how to even fathom single digits. You guys should come to Hawaii. It's 80 today π
