spring is coming! with the recent nice weather plus the time change, i’m itching for summer even more than before. beach days, barefoot babies, watermelon, and playing outside till late… summer is my favorite season. i bought some tulips, put out some easter-themed decorations, and even bought mini cadbury eggs to usher in spring. there’s been a serious lack of sleep the past few days and this mama is running on empty (thank goodness for coffee!). i think i’ve seen the clock change from the 4 am hour to the 5 am hour one too many times (a new tooth is coming!), thus the coming of summer makes it more bearable. i like having things to look forward to. and this week? lots of time outside and maybe even breaking out the flip flops! hope your weekends were lovely!

I hear ya! Yesterday it was 70 here, and we wanted to spend the entire day outside. You don't realize the power of some good sunshine and warmth until it returns again after it's winter break. Spring cannot come soon enough!
ps- my pediatrician said to me a couple weeks ago that teething doesn't bother babies at all, and that's not why Finn has been so fussy…. I politely said oh okay, and laughed all the way out. Really doc, because I'm pretty sure if I had 4 teeth popping out of my gums at once I'd be screaming too! Teething is awful, I'm so sorry he's keeping you up!

I can't wait for summer to be here but to be honest that doesn't mean blue skies and lots of sunshine but at the moment the sky is blue and the chill has gone so I am one happy bunny! 🙂
It's amazing what a little fresh air and sunshine can do for the soul! I hope y'all get lots of both! And here's hoping that new tooth pops on through!

omg i hear ya 100%. thinking about summer makes me wanna cry bc i miss it so so much and can't wait for it to get here!!!!!!! but the nice weather/early spring has helped a lot. flip flops this week fooor sure! maybe a zoo day??? definitely swinging at the park everyday!! have fun in the nice weather!! summer will be here soooon!
