These are beautiful pictures and Parker's outfit…well he has the best little man wardrobe evah!!! I live in WI and Fall is quite beautiful here but Boston, well I shall visit one day because those buildings and streets…swoon!!!
You make the cold and the northeast look so inviting. I mean, they are charming as all get out, but I couldn't even take Baltimore winters… I'm pretty sure I'd perish in Boston!
fall has been so good to us this year! on saturday we walked along the cambridge side of the river for a couple miles (while watching the head of the charles!) and it was, of course, perfection.
Your pictures always catch the greatest details and they're always amazing! I'm so jealous, I live in Florida and it's still so hot. I think I want to move up north….
Bridget, I've been reading your blog for almost two years (silent readers are lame, I know). But I recently moved, as in 3 weeks ago, from California to Boston and I'd love any advice you have for a girl who has never lived through a real winter or anything else helpful about Mass! and I'm sorry, but Parker might be the cutest kid in the blogesphere
I agree…nothing quite like a new england fall. No only if the winters weren't so long.. That photo of little man stepping on your foot totally melted my heart.
I've only been to Boston once, but it was in the summer. I of course fell in love with the charming city, but holy crap autumn in that city looks enchanting!!!
We were in your neck of the woods this weekend! Took a quick road trip from Ontario to Salem for some spooky fun. Love the Boston area in October – I could not get over how bright the leaves were! Ours change but not nearly as vibrant.
Seeing my city through your lens is always the greatest. You find the greatest details.
I'm super jealous. I live at the beach in SC (just moved here) and it is still 80 degrees most days. I crave some cold
come on up!

WI is pretty spectacular too, i bet! but yes, visit! summer/fall are great here.
My heart.
And Parker, you are the cutest little thing. That last picture!
actually thought of you when i posted this… like in a "hope this doesn't break e's heart but also hope it gets her here" way.
Truer words, sista.
I was just thinking the same thing this morning. These photos are gorgeous, and capture our city so perfectly.
