Taaaaarget! Believe it or not (this is easy to believe, why would I lie about this?), this is a picture not from my last trip to Target but the time before that. Last time I forgot to get one in the blessed family bathroom this trip the way I usually do. And what is a Target post without a picture of me and my people. Let’s do this! This is my second time seeing this cool bathing suit–both times giving me pause. I’m digging the citrus contrasted with the black and white band. Like it a lot. Side note: this is very, very cute and looks very similar to a more expensive J.Crew version. Also, loving the colors and the vertical stripes on this baby.Parker chose these sick mirrored shades to walk around the store in. And he really couldn’t believe the nerve of his mother when she told him she wasn’t actually buying them. (Even more so when he discovered I was buying a pair for myself. These!) YES. I mean, I think that I think this is cute. But it’s possible I could put it on and feel like I should be in Footloose or something. (Wrong time period? You catch my drift regardless.) DOUBLE YES. This reminds me a lot of this dress. (Which remains a favorite.) I bought the pants on the right. Never mind that they’re going back but I still think you should try them. Also, skirt on the left is pretty much a perfect summer long skirt.Jumpsuits are really having a moment. I love this one. And this one. It’s just like the perfect lazy girl’s way of still looking put together with minimal effort. Pretty much my heart’s song. Top + bottoms… DONE. Yes. All about military jackets. Did you know you can find pretty dang cool military jackets on Etsy too like these ones? Also sort of cool? Maybe? No? On second thought, I’m really not sure how I feel about it.This Joy Lab stuff is fun. I’m into it.Right? Your workouts will be so much happier than they currently are in your black Zellas. And your abs so much stronger! Your squats so much deeper!Come on!The Love Taza collection at Target! I thought this collaboration was so nicely done and well thought out and the activity set was especially enticing. Even thrown in your bag for restaurant outings or long car trips… such a great idea.Letterboards for everyone! How do we feel about these? I like them, but I just feel like there’d be a lot of pressure to come up with something catchy or inspiring when sometimes I’d just want to write, “I feel like shit.”Perfect simple mugs. FINE JOANNA. WE GET IT. YOU CAN DO NOTHING WRONG.These Ello Fulton travel mugs are reeeeeally cute. I love the speckled camping one.If these water color pencils actually do what they’re advertised to do on that packaging then that’s freaking cool. (Do they?)Tons of new skincare at Target. Their safer beauty section is growing! I was very intrigued by this Fat Stick. Grass-fed tallow! And this grapefruit deodorant cream! Although, is grapefruit the scent we’re going for in our armpits? The card game is STRONG. These Paper Rebel cards make me want to send lots and lots of mail. (This is not too difficult for me as I am already a major letter-writer/believer in snail mail; but damn there were so many cute ones.)
That’s it. Guys. It’s late here. And it’s been a very long winter. I tried my best.
We love you, Target!

I think your Target series is one of my favourites. I want to visit so badly, it always seems to be full of goodies!! 🙂 (though I’m glad there aren’t any Target stores in Hong Kong, else I’d be broke too, ha!)

This is making want to go to Target like, right NOW. But seriously, I’ve always liked their clothes no matter how much I’ve moved on to more “high end” brands. They make nice stuff!

This made laugh so hard. Totally what a letterboard of mine would say today.

I can provide witness that the ello camping mug *is* the best coffee transporter ever. Seals so tight I can throw it in my bag, the coffee actually stays piping hot for at least an hour, and the handle makes carrying tons of crap plus my coffee super easy. I’ll never ever buy another coffee mug.
